Tasteful Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tastefulmobile application and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Intrinsic Value LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us for the Services.

Tasteful is a meal-planning and dining companion: your food memory, household context, and help deciding what to eat next. Features may evolve; we aim for reliability and clarity, not engagement bait.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may need an account to sync across devices. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us at support@tasteful.to if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). If you are under 18, use the Services only with a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

A household is the people you regularly eat and plan meals with. Sharing that library is like a shared calendar. $10 a year.

Coverage

One $10-a-year plan covers one household for up to 6 Tasteful accounts. Like a shared calendar.

Owner

The household owner pays and manages membership. Members do not pay separately.

Guests

People added only to a meal, without an account, do not count toward the cap.

Trust

People you invite can see the meals you share. Invite only people you trust.

Tasteful is $10 a year after a 14-day trial for sharing like a calendar. This iPhone stays free.

Price

This iPhone is free. $10 USD a year (plus tax) for another phone, or someone you eat with, like a shared calendar.

Trial

14-day trial of sharing. Cancel before it ends to keep using this iPhone only, with no charge. Apple’s trial rules apply.

What’s included

The same library on another phone. Sharing with people you eat with (up to 6 accounts). Like a shared calendar. Meals on this iPhone stay free.

Who pays

The household owner. Invited members do not pay separately.

Payment

Apple In-App Purchase only. We cannot charge, refund, or prorate on our own.

Cancel

Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Tasteful, then Cancel. You keep access until the current trial or year ends.

Auto-renewal

After the trial, it renews each year until you cancel. Apple sends renewal notices.

You do not need an account to start on this iPhone. That use is free forever.

On your iPhone

You can use Tasteful with no account. Your library stays on this device. That is free forever.

Another phone

Sign in if you want the same library on another iPhone, iPad, or the web. That sharing is $10 a year after a 14-day trial.

Your data

If you never sign in, we do not host a copy. Uninstalling the app removes the local copy.

Apple handles every charge and every refund.

Who handles money

Apple is the merchant. Intrinsic Value LLC does not receive your card number and cannot issue refunds.

Cancel

Settings, then Subscriptions. After you cancel, access continues until the current trial or year ends.

Want money back

Use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Apple decides.

During the trial

Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid a charge.

For the app itself, email support@tasteful.to.

You retain ownership of meals, photos, recipes, notes, and other content you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, sync, display, and process Your Content only as needed to operate the Services for you and your household members you invite.

You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate others' rights or applicable law. We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the Services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services
• Access another user's account without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information or run behavioral ad networks in the app as of the policy's effective date.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Meal suggestions, restaurant information, and nutritional hints are for convenience only—they are not medical, dietary, or allergy advice. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, and food safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrinsic Value LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50), except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (content licenses for backup retrieval, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. We will post a new effective date at the top and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app or by email when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where the law allows.
